Return Policies

If you do not like something you’ve received from My Rebel Flag or it does not fit, you can return it to us within 3 Business days after you receive your order. We ship your original order to you for free (unless you chose an expedited shipping), therefore if you do send something back, you will be responsible for shipping the item back and for shipping out the second item. If the item is something that is sized, then please check our Size Charts or ask questions before ordering. If you measure carefully and follow the guidelines on the Size Charts, you should be very pleased with the fit.

If you do return something and are not exchanging it for something else, you will be responsible for a Restocking Fee of 25% (because our suppliers who ship directly to you will charge this to us).

Once your return is processed, we will issue you a Store Credit to use for other merchandise. You can use the Store Credit on this store, My Rebel Flag or you can choose to use it at our biker leather store at USABikerLeather.com.

To initiate the return / exchange you must follow the instructions below:

  1. Email us at bikerleather@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization number.
  2. We will reply to your email with your Return Authorization number and instructions and the address to return your order to. Do NOT under any circumstances return anything to our office in Florida as we do not accept any returns here. If you do send it to our office in Florida, we will then have to charge you ANOTHER shipping fee because we will have to then pay to ship the item to the correct warehouse you should have returned it to, to begin with. So, let’s save us all the hassle and make sure you get your RA number first and follow the return instructions in the email we will send you.
  3. Once your item is returned to the correct warehouse, it will be processed, checked to make sure it is unworn and undamaged, has all attached tags and packaging it came with and returned to our warehouse in the same condition that you received it in. If it has been worn, damaged, smells like perfume or sweat or does not have all it’s tags and packaging, the return will NOT be accepted and you will not receive a Store Credit.
  4. Once it is determined the return item is in the same condition it was sent to you in, we will issue you a Store Credit for the amount you paid for the item, minus any shipping and handling we paid our supplier and minus any Restocking Fee (if it applies in your case).
